No Refunds on Digital Products

Since all our products are digital and downloadable, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and downloaded successfully.

Product Not Working? Report Within 7 Days

If the purchased mod or digital product does not work as described, you must report the issue within 7 days of your purchase.
To report, please email us at gtastoreindia@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

Verification and Refund Eligibility

Once we receive your report, our team will:

  • Verify your claim.
  • Try to provide support or fix the issue.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, a refund will be processed.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
